IPhone 4 Price War Heating Up...

IPhone 4 arrived in Malaysia sometime in Sept, and there is a price war between the 2 main mobile operators, i.e. Maxis and Digi.  Maxis just recently put out a teaser price of $990 for the 16GB phone but u must sign a 24-month iValue 2 contract of $155/mth.
Digi meanwhile is giving out a $58/month ( no contract) but the cost of the phone is higher at $2090.  Assuming you stay with the plan for 24 months, the total cost for Maxis is $4.7K, while the Digi is ~$3.5K.  Hmm... tempting.  Maybe I will wait for Iphone 5 instead.
